COMMUNICATIONS AND ADVISEMENTS

The price of full/half board is applied for a minimum stay of 3 nights, a surcharge of 10% will be applied for shorter stays.

Check-in starts at 12 noon on day of arrival and check –out is no later than 10 am on the day of departure.

There are no deductions for any meals not consumed .Upon request, a packed lunch may be prepared.

Animals are not allowed.

METHOD OF PAYMENT AND FEES

The bill must be paid directly at the hotel the day of arrival: cash, credit card or debit card.

To confirm the booking we require a deposit of Euro 300 per room by bank transfer, postal order, or by sending credit card details to guarantee your reservation.

In case of default by the customer, the following conditions apply:

• a) cancellation is not notified by fax or e-mail at least 14 days before the date fixed for the arrival;
• b) failing to check-in on arrival date;

We feel entitled to retain the full amount of the deposit or to complete the withdrawal by credit card.

Departure before the date specified. customer will still be liable for the amount for the remaining nights for the cost of the room..

Any extras (drinks, beach beds, etc.), consumed during the stay will be calculated and must paid upon check-out.
